A little bit about us

And why we’re here

You may not know why you’re here yet. You don’t need to know.

Over the past 12 months, our world and our lives have been turned upside down. Covid 19 has given us all a sharp slap in the face and of course, we never saw it coming. It has brought with it, fear, anxiety and a real sense of hopelessness for some people.

We looked around us over the past few months and could see that almost everyone in our society, for whatever reason, has felt overwhelmed. The feeling of uncertainty has been palpable. Everyone is asking questions that nobody, anywhere, has the answers to.

We are not medical professionals, nor are we experts in mental health. We are here because we want to provide a platform where people can get a little time for themselves, a place where they can check in and realise that they are not alone. We want people to know that these feelings are completely normal and more importantly, that they will pass. We will also provide information on where individuals will find a little professional help, if that’s what they decide they need.

If you are like the thousands of the rest of us that are just feeling a little overwhelmed right now, we hope that this space will put a smile on your face and give you a little bit of hope for whatever lies ahead.

Mostly, this is a positive space to visit whenever you need to.
