Mental Health Ireland have a huge array of services on their website and should be one of the first places you visit for information.

The HSE may not seem like the first place to visit, but they do have some great resources and can also guide you with some of the legal supports when it comes to mental health situations.

Turn2Me is a terrific organisation, supported by the HSE to facilitate online support groups across the country. Check out is an organisation that helps individuals though any roadblocks they may currently face in their lives today. They have weekly meetings (now online) right across the country.

If you are looking for help and support as a new entrepreneur, or you are thinking of setting up a business now, your Local Enterprise Office is an invaluable resource. Check out for everything they offer

Unfortunately, this country has seen an unpleasant increase in domestic violence during the Coronavirus lockdowns. If you are in a vulnerable position at home, please make the decision to contact Women’s Aid. They will help you.
